Terms of Use
Cirkularno.eko.gov.rs is a software solution – a web application (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”), and in this regard, these Terms of Use constitute an integral part of the Portal access conditions regulating the rights and obligations between Portal users and the Ministry of Environmental Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Ministry”), as the creator of the content.
These Terms describe the relationship between the User and the Ministry. They do not create any legal rights for other individuals or organizations, even if others benefit from that relationship in accordance with these Terms.
The Portal has been developed with the intention of facilitating and improving the process of exchanging surplus materials through a centralized digital platform connecting natural persons who may periodically exchange surplus materials, thereby raising awareness regarding environmental protection. By enabling transparent display of available quantities, locations, and time availability of materials, the Portal contributes to more efficient use of resources, reduction of unused surpluses, and optimization of logistical and operational processes. In this manner, rational material management is encouraged, creating a foundation for more sustainable, economical, and environmentally friendly practices.
Users of the Portal are natural persons accessing the Portal at the following address: https://cirkularno.eko.gov.rs (hereinafter referred to as the “User” and/or “Users”). Users may access all functionalities of the Portal after completing the registration form available in the “Register” section of the Portal, accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and verifying the entered data (email address). Users who do not wish to register on the Portal may access the website https://cirkularno.eko.gov.rs, but may not use all available functionalities of the Portal.
Content in the form of text and/or photographs, links, and documents available on the Portal represents the work product of employees and associates of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, as well as Users who contribute to the creation of Portal content by posting information regarding available materials.
The authorization granted for the use of and access to the Portal shall remain valid as long as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are respected. The Ministry endeavors to regularly update the content, and all changes are made for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, or for the purpose of preventing misuse or damage. In the event there are indications that a User is abusing their Account, the Ministry reserves the right to remove content in whole or in part, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection shall not be liable for any damage that may arise from or in connection with the use of the Portal and shall not bear responsibility for content created by Users.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection shall not bear responsibility for any relationship that Users may establish through the Portal.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection shall not be responsible for the accuracy of links directing users to other websites, nor shall it bear any responsibility for the content of such websites or for any consequences arising from the use of such websites.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection expressly prohibits Users from posting or transmitting through the Portal any content or information protected under copyright law. The Ministry of Environmental Protection cannot accept any responsibility if such content is posted by Users, and any content suspected of being subject to copyright protection shall be temporarily or permanently removed if such suspicion proves to be justified.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection endeavors to minimize the possibility of technical issues, interruption of Portal operation, and/or disruptions in Portal functionality, but does not guarantee protection against disruptions caused by force majeure and cannot be held liable for any damage that may arise in this regard.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection does not permit copying, downloading, and/or forwarding of content available on the Cirkularno.eko.gov.rs Portal without the prior written consent of the Ministry.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection may seek compensation for damages in the event of unauthorized reproduction, installation, modification, and/or other misuse of the Portal.
All content may be used exclusively in accordance with these Terms of Use and other acts of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
If the User does not agree with these Terms, they may remove their content and discontinue use of the Platform.
